Mary Grimm, MD

After 30 years of dedicated service, Dr. Mary Grimm has decided to retire from Associates in Women's Health Care. We are grateful for Dr. Mary Grimm's commitment to patient care and wish her all the best in the next chapter.

Dr. Mary Grimm joined Associates in Women’s Health Care in 1994. She was born in St. Louis, but as a child, moved to New Orleans. She graduated from the University of Dallas in 1985 and Louisiana State University Medical School in 1990. Dr. Grimm completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St John’s Mercy Medical Center. Her interests include all areas of Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a special interest in gynecologic surgery as well as general obstetrics. She has been Board Certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology since 1996.

Dr. Grimm and her husband Mike have three daughters. Outside the office, she enjoys running, spending time with her family and traveling. Dr. Grimm sees patients in the office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
